Duties and Responsibilities
Provides and maintains a safe and sanitary environment for self, residents and othersMust maintain cleanliness of all residents apartments as well as the common areas and hallways of facilityWalks-through and maintains model apartments on a daily basisAssists in providing laundry service for residents as indicated and requiredResponds to requests in a positive and cooperative mannerMakes effective recommendations to the supervisor regarding housekeeping, laundry, and other resident related issues as they arisePerforms other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications
Must demonstrate a compassionate interest in meeting resident needsAble to read and follow instructionsAble to safely handle toxic productsEffectively communicates with staff and residentsExperience in housekeeping and laundry services preferredAbility to work with minimal supervisionMust enjoy working with seniorsMust pass pre-employment drug screening, criminal background investigation, and reference inquiriesPhysical Demands and Work Environment
