Arden House (2) -

Licensed RN in the sate of CT
Supervise and direct staff according to the facility clinical needs
Follow up with MD/NP as needed.
oversee the overall operations of the facility and other departments.
Monitors lab reports to identify infections.
Monitors rooms of residents on isolation daily to assure policy compliance.
Makes infection control rounds on a weekly basis, reports results to necessary departments for corrections. Follows up that corrections were made.
Maintains facility compliance with OSHA Blood Borne Pathogens Guidelines.
Keeps Director of Nursing Services informed of all situations through verbal reports, and written reports as needed.
