Job Summary
- Name of Contract / Program : Acquire to Retire (A2R) Program Management Financial Audit Support Services for Property, Plant, and Equipment (PP&E)
- Clearance : TS-SCI Indoctrinated (must have already been granted SCI access and read into an SCI program) OR have a CI or FS Poly (Ideally prior work and clearance with DIA, or at minimum Intelligence Community)
- Work Location : Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling; 200 MacDill Blvd SE, Washington DC (On-site)
- Work Hours : 0800-1700 EST
- Accept W2 only
Position Overview
BizFirst is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our client's team in support of the Acquire to Retire (A2R) Program Management Financial Audit Support Services for Property, Plant, and Equipment (PP&E).
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in financial analysis, planning, and reporting within federal environments. They will support the A2R lifecycle by performing detailed financial reviews and contributing to the development of compliant, audit-ready financial documentation and communication.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis
Perform in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for process improvementEvaluate data to support financial decision-making and asset lifecycle managementFinancial Reporting :
Prepare and review financial reports.Prepare financial reports, white papers, and opinion papers on achieving assertions.Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Provide recommendations for financial reporting and analysis.Communication :
Communicate effectively with stakeholders.Provide regular updates on PP&E management and accounting.Develop communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed of PP&E management and accounting activities.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.A minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a focus on financial analysis and planning.Certification in accounting, finance, or a related field (e.g. CPA, CMA, CFA).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience with financial planning and budgeting software and systems.Strong leadership, management, and project management skills.Ability to analyze financial data and develop recommendations for financial planning and budgeting.Company (Client Benefits
