How will you make an impact in this role? You will work within our TechCare Operations : Blueprint team, in partnership with our servicing product and operational leaders to ensure maximum value as we execute on our TechCare Blueprint. You will work to coordinate our efforts across our data platform, analytics, and reporting functions along with active partnership with our proactive servicing and problem management efforts. Critical focus areas include :

  • Embodying innovation in a global dynamic environment, accounting for changing priorities, emerging business needs, and alignment with our broader Digital Workplace strategy.
  • Monitoring and tracking our progress while building long term roadmaps and perspectives on changing needs within our global footprint.
  • Managing the team's backlog of work, coordinating intake, prioritizing with leadership, and working with the team to plan and sequence work.
  • Establishing and building relationships with our partners to ensure we deliver value to our stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Developing the program strategy and the various enterprise-wide high-level project plans with scope and approach fully understood by all partners.
  • Ensuring integration of projects and adjusting project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on objectives.
  • Identifying and tracking key achievements and recommending adjustments to cross-functional team plans.
  • Ensuring accurate reflection of project / program budgets, forecasts and actuals with related tools.
  • Monitoring and communicating the progress of the delivery and ensuring timely and effective communication of the status in terms of cost, forecast, schedule and assessment of risks / issues.
  • Negotiating and influencing cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate resourcing levels are engaged and maintained throughout the execution of the plan.
  • Anticipating program / project risks and issues and ensuring that appropriate mitigation planning is in place to avoid compromising delivery.
  • Ensuring effective usage of change control procedures and processes to retain control on scope, schedule and cost.
  • Adding to continual process improvement or re-engineering activities.
  • Communicating with key partners with regard to program strategy direction and changes.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional, large / complex program or multiple programs.

  • Ability to effectively negotiate and influence to reach desired outcomes.
  • Ability to use business and technical experience to identify impacts or risks and build plans to mitigate them.

  • Certification requirement : Project Management Professional (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification (e.g. Certified Project Management Practitioner, International Project Management Association).

    Salary Range : $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually bonus benefits
