Software Development & Maintenance

Develop and maintain high-quality software products / solutions.

Focus on Employer Servicing and Integration Product squads.

Solution Delivery

Drive complex technology solutions across multiple squads and initiatives.

Ensure business goals are met through well-architected solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Clarify requirements, architecture, and design by coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Communicate technical concepts clearly across teams.

Knowledge Sharing

Share expertise within the team and across squads.

Ensure team alignment with roadmaps and established standards ("guardrails").

System Design

Design end-to-end, metadata-driven systems.

Build highly configurable products for rapid market deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills

Java / Spring Boot : Hands-on experience in developing API-based solutions.

Database Expertise :

Relational database design and data modeling.

Experience with multiple DB platforms (Oracle required).

PL / SQL stored procedures and ETL development.

Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) : Strong understanding of Java OOP concepts.

Cloud Computing : Hands-on with AWS or Azure platforms.

Soft Skills

Effective communication and presentation skills.

Strong influencing and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a matrix organization and navigate complex environments.

Desirable Skills

Understanding of WS product offerings and integration across record keepers.
