About the Role

The Assistant Studio Manager supports studio operations, drives membership sales, and delivers high-quality 1 : 1 BODY20 EMS sessions.

This is a hybrid leadership, sales and coaching role — perfect for someone who loves fitness, building relationships, and growing a business.

What You'll Do

• Drive personal membership sales by conducting in-studio sales consultations
• Manage the sales funnel by making calls, text messages & emails to leads to book them for in-studio demonstration workouts
• Deliver safe, effective, and personalized 1-on-1 BODY20 coaching sessions for members when required
• Build strong client relationships and ensure an exceptional in-studio experience
• Support local marketing events and grassroots lead generation efforts
• Help maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and equipment standards
• Assist in other areas of studio operations to grow the business
