As a Site Manager with Aspire Health Alliance, a leader in the behavioral health field, utilize your exceptional leadership skills while making a difference and enhancing clients lives. In a residential group home setting, oversee residence operations. Management of a residential site includes :

• Hiring, supervision of and performance management of staff (Residential Rehab Educators; Residential Rehab Coordinators); provide leadership and motivation to staff to help them succeed.
• Provide fiscal management of individual and site funds; monitor site budgets; address physical plant needs.
• Serve as a liaison for service providers, family and guardians.
• Monitor the physical and emotional well-being of individuals; ensure quality of individual treatment. Participate in direct care.
• Ensure all staff attend and complete cultural competency training as well as attend live training events on special populations to supplement trainings.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Services or related field preferred.

Schedule : Mon-Fri, 9a-5p. In addition to on site presence, the job includes On-call responsibilities for designated site(s) throughout the week and alternating weekends for the network.
