Service Supervisor, Home Care

Are you ready to love what you do! BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a full time ServiceSupervisor for our Home Care office in Scottsdale AZ.

POSITION SUMMARY : This position includes a unique opportunity to act as a non-clinical field supervisor (where applicable) a client advocate and a community resource. You will work closely with interdisciplinary office teams to effectively monitor and assist in client and employee satisfaction the quality and safety standards of our personal care services and assist with social determinant issues that impact our clients health and welfare.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

• Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way : compassion excellence and reliability
• Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated track record of successfully taking on more responsibility with positive results and ambition to grow past current position.
• Prior health care and / or home or social service experience preferred.
• Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions.
