Salary : $19.25

• Full-time position, 40 hours / week, may include some evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• $19.25 / hr
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities and / or autism preferred; receive ACRE or CESP certification within 60 days of hire
• Bilingual (Spanish / English) candidates highly preferred
• Supportpeople with disabilities as they enter the workforce, working with them to maintain competitive integrated employment, learn job tasks and adjust to their new role
• Be an advocate; gauge challenges and develop strategies to overcome
• Facilitate trainings for tasks specific to the individuals job
• Collaborate and liaise with employers to provide a positive work environment
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation
• Must possess a valid drivers license and at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria
• Basic computer skills required
