Pay Information

$490 to $500 per hour

About The Position

🌟 Oncologist (Physician) – Med / Onc Opportunity 🌟

📍 Location : Beaufort, South Carolina 29902

🩺 About the Role :

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Oncologist to join a thriving Med / Onc department on a flexible schedule . This is an excellent locum opportunity offering stability, ongoing coverage, and the chance to make a lasting impact in patient care.

Position Highlights :

✅ Schedule : 3–4 days per week (8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM, 1-hour unpaid lunch)

✅ Patient Load : 7–15 patients per day

✅ Setting : General Medical Oncology

✅ Support : 1 APP in clinic (no supervision required)

✅ No on-call duties

✅ Must hold an ACTIVE South Carolina Medical License

Requirements :

  • Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified
  • Completed Fellowship in Oncology or related specialty
  • Clean background for temp privileges

💼 Schedule & Contract Details :

  • Flexible schedule with OT available after 8 hours daily or 168 hours weekly (based on fixed structure)
  • No trauma level environment
  • In-person only (no telehealth)

    • 📅 Start Date :

    As soon as credentialed. Ongoing coverage until a permanent hire is made
