Job description
Director Of Nursing
As Director of Nursing, you oversee nursing practice in various healthcare settings. You'll focus on inpatient and outpatient units in multiple facilities, utilizing your clinical expertise effectively. Your scope includes patient care areas like social services, ambulatory care, cardiology, respiratory, rehab, pharmacy, emergency medicine, and nursing. You will set goals for nursing units. Goals will align with patient care goals. You will create and implement clinical protocols, nursing policies, and patient care models. Initiatives to improve nursing quality will be led by you.

Qualifications :
- Education - Bachelor's Degree
- Experience - (3) Three Years of Experience
- Certification / License / Registration-Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitate (CPR) : BLS or CPR Required.
