It Support Technician

• Schedule :
• Onsite Monday-Thursday, 5 : 00 AM-3 : 00 PM
• What You'll Do
• Be the first responder :
• Tackle technical inquiries via phone and email with confidence.
• Solve problems fast :
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for laptops, desktops, workstations, printers, scanners, RFID devices, and more.
• Keep systems running :
• Diagnose and resolve computer and peripheral issues like a pro.
• Build and deploy :
• Perform imaging, system rebuilds, and configure workstations for peak performance.
• Own the process :
• Create and escalate support tickets to keep workflows moving.

This is a Contract position based out of Tomahawk, WI.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr.
