Job descriptionDeliver direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Monitor and document patients' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team. Administer medications and perform other nursing interventions as prescribed. Utilize de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention strategies when needed. Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, treatment plans, and coping strategies. Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff. Minimum 2 years of recent Behavioral Health or Psychiatric RN experience required . Must have documented travel nursing experience. Active New Hampshire RN license or Compact State RN license required . License verification for all active RN licenses. Current BLS certification required (American Heart Association required ). Current CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) or MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior) certification required . EMR Exp Preferred : Cerner, experience is preferred but not required Will accept local candidates. Local pay rates will apply to candidates residing within 50 miles.

Duration : 13-weeks contract
Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week
Weekly Pay Rate : $1,944 $2,088; (Negotiable based on experience)
Shift : Rotating
- 7 : 00 AM 7 : 30 PM
- 9 : 00 AM 9 : 30 PM
- 7 : 00 PM 7 : 00 AM
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment at a reputable facility in Concord, NH . The RN will provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients with mental health and behavioral conditions. This role requires strong clinical judgment, crisis intervention skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced behavioral health environment.
