The Registered Nurse (RN) I - Surgery Circulator - CVOR at Norman Regional Hospital is responsible for providing comprehensive peri-operative care for cardiothoracic and vascular patients. This role involves collaboration with healthcare professionals, conducting patient assessments, planning care strategies, and directing surgical department staff. Ideal candidates possess an RN license and have experience, particularly in CVOR settings, along with proficiency in BLS and ACLS certifications.

Overview :

Up to $10K Sign On Bonus paid over 1 year.

Compensation / Benefits

• $27.84-$45.46 / hr. based on previous work experience.
• Evening differential $2.50 / hr.
• Night differential $3.00 / hr.
• Weekend differential $3.00 / hr.

We have 2 operating rooms, one traditional operating room and one hybrid operating room, for cardiothoracic and vascular cases located in the HealthPlex tower at Norman Regional Hospital. Norman Regional Hospital currently houses the largest hybrid operating room in the state of Oklahoma. Our nurses demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, autonomy, and critical thinking skills while caring for a wide range of patient types. We orient new nurses to each of our surgical areas, spending time with dedicated preceptors in each area. Upon completion of orientation, nurses will be able to circulate cardiothoracic and vascular cases as well as a wide variety of other service lines.
