Job Title : Audit and Collections Analyst
Location : On-site
Type : Temp-to-Hire
Compensation : $26-32 / hr on the temp side; Conversion Salary : $70,000 / year
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Onsite daily in Rockville, MD during the temp period - 4.5 months, hybrid work from home flexibility (1-2 days a week) after going permanent
Overview :
We are hiring two Audit and Collections Analysts to join the team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with conversion to an exempt employee role.
Requirements for All Candidates :
3 years Collections experience required
Must pass a background check and drug screening within 48 hours of accepting the offer
Must be punctual—late arrivals to interviews will not be considered
Professional interview attire is required
Daily in-office attendance is mandatory during the temp period (4.5 months)
