Position Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dependable Journeyman Plumber to join our service team. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to handle a wide range of plumbing service calls. This position requires travel to customer locations in Boulder City and throughout the surrounding areas with company vehicle provided. Company vehicles are to stay at shop over night.

Responsibilities

Perform residential and commercial service plumbing work, including installation, maintenance, and repair of water supply and drainage systems

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve plumbing issues efficiently and professionally

Provide accurate explanations and cost estimates to customers in a clear and respectful manner

Review blueprints, drawings, and building codes to determine optimal solutions

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every client

Qualifications

Licensed Journeyman Plumber in Nevada (or equivalent experience / qualifications) (a plus, not required)

3+ years of service plumbing experience preferred

Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting 50+ lbs

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Must be willing to travel to job sites across Boulder City and the Las Vegas Valley
