Job Details : Hours of work :

3 pm to 11am with flexibility. Monday thru Friday. Some holiday and weekend work.

Pay :

$19.05 / hour.  Attendance Incentive offered

Job Description :

This position is responsible for receiving orders, recording material, scheduling feed delivery, and dispatching trucks while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

1. Ability to read and write in order to receive and document orders

2. Ability to schedule loads of feed by creating and organizing feed tickets and maintaining them for record keeping.

3.  Ability to dispatch loads of feed and distribute them evenly among driver / team members within DOT rules and regulations.

4.  Ability to answer calls from Service Techs and Growers while maintaining a good working relationship with them.

5. Ability to organize / flex task and change priorities throughout the day

6. Able to work in hot, dry, dusty, wet and cold environments. Heavy exposure to ingredient dust and inclement weather.

7. Ability to work holidays, weekends, and flexible hours as required based on demand scheduling

8. Ability to work in elevated areas and follow all safety procedures

9. Able to sign and abide by the Company Biosecurity Guidelines including an agreement to avoid any avian species

10. Maintain good housekeeping including service areas

11. Communicate to all levels of Operations including Customers and Vendors both orally and in writing where required

12. Follow and Operate within all Tyson Health and Safety protocols

13. Able to Lift up to 60 lbs. and / or up to 100 lbs. with assistance

14. Stand, Sit, Walk, Climb Ladder / Stairs with the ability to sustain physical activity throughout the day.

15. Complete all other tasks assigned by management.

Education :   High school degree or equivalent

Experience :   Clerical experience and / or feed mill experience preferred, Knowledge of DOT trucking procedures preferred

Requirements :

1.   Flexible scheduling

2. High School Diploma or Equivalent

3. Must possess Basic Computer Skills.

4. Must be able to perform minimal clerical duties.

5. Must be able to legibly write and properly document weigh ticket and load sheets as required.

6. Selected candidate must live in a 30-mile radius from facility.

This position is responsible for multiple tasks including receiving orders, loading trucks, and dispatching trucks while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
