Fire Sprinkler Sales Representative Salary Range : $75,000 – $120,000 (Base + Commission Potential) Employment Type : Full-Time
About the Role : We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Fire Sprinkler Sales Representative to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term client relationships, and providing tailored fire sprinkler solutions to commercial, industrial, and residential customers. Key Responsibilities :
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
Conduct site visits and assessments to determine client needs
Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and system solutions
Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referral
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
Stay informed on NFPA codes, industry standards, and competitive offerings
Qualifications :
4+ years of fire protection, fire sprinkler, or related technical sales experience
Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler systems (wet, dry, pre-action, etc.)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to read construction plans and understand basic design concepts
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
