Qualitative UX Researcher

Location : Remote

Duration : 12 Months

Pay : ~$75 / hr, DOE

The Planet Group is looking for a Qualitative UX Researcher to join our well-known lifestyle brand technology client on a 12-month contract. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week role working a remote schedule.

Qualitative UX Researcher Responsibilities

• Tackle high priority projects across teams working on search journeys
• Conduct qualitative research that varies in approach, scale, scope, timeframe and methodologies (this could look like concept testing, usability testing, in-depth interviews, or diary studies)
• Scope and define research studies with guidance from other researchers and in alignment with cross-functional partners (product management, design, engineering, and data science)
• Execute research projects from beginning to end (construct a research plan, recruit, gather data, synthesize learnings, and socialize insights)
• Proactively share your research findings and recommendations with product teams and other audiences, in compelling, actionable, and engaging ways
