Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for building brand awareness and driving traffic to our website using various digital marketing channels. In this role, you will help us establish an online presence through targeted campaigns and create content strategies that engage our audience. You should have experience in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing data, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends.

Job Type: Full Time/Onsite

Job Shift: M-F (8-hour shifts)

Job Responsibilities

• Create, improve, and maintain the company's brand identity across all digital platforms, assuring consistency and a premium market presence.
• Streamlines company materials and campaigns to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Generate leads through well-executed digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC advertising, email marketing, and other online channels.
• The individual is responsible for managing digital and social media marketing campaigns, tracking results, and reporting performance against KPI goals to senior leadership.
• Develop and manage company social medial accounts and develop content. Re-develop and manage company websites and online sales presentation tools.
• Spearhead the planning and execution of local events, workshops, and seminars.
• Design and run marketing campaigns centered around key events, maximizing outreach and participation.
• Stay abreast of real estate marketing trends, emerging digital marketing strategies, and industry best practices, adapting and implementing new approaches as needed.
• Other duties as reasonably assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or , or equivalent work experience in the Marketing field.
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and content marketing.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
• Proven experience in creating social media strategies.
• Strong understanding of SEO and PPC best practices.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
