Role Overview :

The Digital Strategy Lead will be responsible for delivering a meticulously curated 5-year digital roadmap for digital products. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer satisfaction, digital implementation and be an expert in delivering data driven recommendations. This role will analyze current product performance, analyze complex datasets to identify optimization areas that will provide incremental growth that track against 5-year goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and meticulously curate the 5-year digital roadmap.

Champion initiatives that keep cross functional teams aligned to the digital roadmap

Analyze complex datasets to identify areas to reduce a digital footprint, while streamlining the customer experience, increasing conversion and reducing friction.

Benchmark AT&T's digital performance against industry standards and internal goals

Qualifications : Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or related field

5+ years of experience in digital marketing or go-to-market (GTM) execution

Strong ability to synthesize data and deliver actionable recommendations

Skilled in tailoring communications for diverse, cross-functional audiences

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

Strong understanding of the digital experience, including design and customer satisfaction.

Familiarity with content and campaign performance tools

Experience in digital technology delivery

Background in telecom, digital media, or subscription-based models

Advanced proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Python, Power BI, and Tableau

Desired :

Strong understanding of digital tools, including development, marketing and execution.

Experience presenting executive-level reports

Skilled in aligning operations across multiple execution channels
