Restoration Technician
Respond to water, fire, mold, and storm damage emergencies promptly and professionally. Perform water extraction, drying, cleaning, and demolition as required. Set up, monitor, and document drying equipment and job progress. Assist in the removal and restoration of damaged materials, including flooring, drywall, and insulation. Clean and disinfect affected areas following industry safety and sanitation standards. Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean and working order. Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and supervisors to ensure quality and efficiency. Follow all company safety protocols and job-site procedures. Certifications (a plus) : IICRC Certification in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), or Fire and Smoke Restoration (FSRT) OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Safety Training Mold Remediation or Biohazard Cleaning Certification Call for phone interview! Other Experience and Qualifications : Previous experience in restoration, construction, or maintenance preferred (will train the right person). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in varying conditions (heat, cold, confined spaces, etc.). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to be on-call for emergency or after-hours response. Positive attitude, reliability, and professional appearance.
