Urology Physician
StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : 8 Pay Rate : $291.00 - $315.00
This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity :
- Schedule : Monday-Friday 8a-5p, night and weekend call
- Job Setting : Clinic or Operating Room
- Types of Cases : Cystoscopy in Office and bread & butter Urology procedures in Operating Room. Adults only - no Pediatrics
- Credentialing Timeframe : 90 days
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Cerner
- Must have an BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- Active Illinois State License or Interstate Medical Compact Licensure in hand
