Job Description : Use plant monitoring software to review cycle times of machinery, review and follow up machinery project's and installations Troubleshoot PLC, robot, and other machinery problems Update program backups for machinery Program new installations of machinery and conveyor systems Reprogram machinery for engineering changes and improvements Skills and Experience Required : 2+ years of related controls and debug experience. Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls - Siemens and / or Indramat PL7. Electrical Background (electrician or technician) Related experience - Siemens and Indramat servo and VFD drives o Familiarity with VFD’s, Armor starts, encoders, network / Ethernet controls Preferred : Ability to independently troubleshoot equipment and continuously evaluate equipment for improvement for quality and delivery o ABB robot experience o Microsoft office including excel, powerpoint, word, etc. o Ability to read prints, AutoCAD, interpret and modify electrical schematics o Ability to read blueprints Education : Bachelor's degree in engineering Location : (Onsite Position and Lima OH) Disclaimer : Kyyba is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
