Job Description :

Receives and prioritizes customer requests from multiple sources and works them through the appropriate systems to completion within required -response timeframes and in accordance with State and Federal requirements and HIPAA regulations. Address customer inquiries for patient information, assists callers with making record requests and general customer service. Educate customers on information confidentiality and privacy regulations. Identifies and responds appropriately to both internal and external customer needs utilizing available resources
