CentraCare is looking for a hardworking individual that knows healthcare information systems or wants to learn about them to join our IS Desktop Support Health System Team. This position provides technical support in the area of Desktop Support to the Information Systems Department. In this role you will train new staff on computer hardware. The position sets new policy standards of how to load and maintain desktop software, printers, and other computer devices.

Schedule :

Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud

Day shift | 8-hour shifts | 7am-3 : 30pm or 8am-4 : 30pm

After hours on-call rotation begins after 6 months from date of hire

Pay and Benefits :

Starting pay begins at $27.25 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience

Pay range : $27.25- $40.88 per hour

Qualifications :

High school diploma required

Associate’s degree or two years of specialized computer training preferred

1 year of computer support experience required

2+ years of work experience with personal computers preferred

A valid MN driver's license and a driving record in good standing may be required

Minimum amount of insurance liability coverage may be required

HP Certification in Commercial and Consumer Desktops, Workstations and Notebooks Service Qualification within 6 months from hire
