JOB OVERVIEW

  • Coverage Period : Starting ASAP Ongoing
  • Clinical Shift Schedule : Four 10-hour shifts per week

PATIENT INFORMATION

  • Patient Demographics : General family medicine population
  • Case Mix : General outpatient family practice
  • FACILITY INFORMATION

  • Office Equipment Available : Clinic equipment; access to imaging, labs, and specialty consults at main campus
  • Specialty Backup Available : Cardiology, respiratory therapy, tele-stroke program, etc.
  • Support Staff Available : Full clinic and hospital staff support
  • Reason for Coverage : Permanent staffing need
  • COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Rate : $260,000.00 $300,000.00 annual salary
  • Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance : Relocation and housing negotiable

  • General family medicine diagnostic and treatment procedures
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Licenses : Active Washington State medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • Certifications : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Experience : Less than 1 year accepted
  • Other Qualifications : - Commitment to professional conduct and confidentiality - Ability to follow all clinic treatment, procedure, and medication guidelines - Collaborative and constructive communication style
  • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver outpatient clinical care within the scope of family medicine
  • Adhere to clinic policies and applicable regulations
  • Work cooperatively with other staff and departments
  • Evaluate and provide constructive feedback to staff and providers
