LPN FULL-TIME LTC

Now Hiring : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full-Time | Overnight | Worcester, MA

Our Long-Term Care client in Worcester, MA is actively seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their dedicated team. This full-time overnight position (32–40 hours / week, every other weekend) is ideal for an LPN who is passionate about providing exceptional care to seniors in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

About the Role : You’ll play a vital part in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to our residents while working in a collaborative and respectful workplace. Your contributions will help further our mission to enhance lives through compassion, innovation, and excellence .

Schedule :

Shift : 11 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM

Frequency : Full-time (32–40 hrs / week), every other weekend

Compensation & Benefits :

Hourly Rate : $36–$39 / hr + $2 / hr shift differential for overnights

Requirements :

Valid LPN license in Massachusetts

Prior experience in long-term care or a similar clinical setting preferred

Strong interpersonal and patient-care skills
