Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated Foreman to lead our team on-site and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The Foreman will oversee daily associates, coordinate team activities, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and lead teams on-site
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
• Inspect work to ensure it meets company and regulatory standards
• Train, mentor, and provide guidance to team members
• Communicate effectively with management, clients, and subcontractors
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
