Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and optimize new and existing flavor and fragrance formulations.
  • Conduct sensory testing and collaborate with sensory scientists.
  • Interpret analytical and organoleptic data to improve product design.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Execute experiments in the lab and maintain accurate lab notebooks and documentation.
  • Participate in customer presentations and technical discussions.
  • Stay updated with new ingredient technologies and industry trends.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety guidelines.

    • Qualifications Section – Needed

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in flavor or fragrance formulation, preferably in a commercial setting.
  • Strong background in sensory science and application testing.
  • Experience with analytical techniques such as GC-MS or HPLC.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
