The Dispatcher coordinates and communicates activities between the captains and our clients. This role is responsible for :
- Directly interface with customers to provide the best possible level of service and satisfaction
- Process job / work requests (received from the captains, from the field, or directly from phone calls from customers), which includes generating work orders and issuing to the assigned technician
- Dispatch Captains
- Maintain a log of all job orders issued
- Reconcile discrepancies
- Generate reports on a weekly and a monthly basis
- Coordinate service activities on a day-to-day basis, including preparation, service calls, updates and follow ups. Maintain an ongoing schedule of all Captains
You will be working within a Microsoft Office environment. You should be experienced in the MS Office suite of tools.
Ability to multi-task in a hands-on environment.
Experienced with operation of two-way radios a plus.
