A rare leadership opportunity exists for a high-performing Personal Injury Attorney to take on meaningful cases from start to finish while leading and inspiring a team. This role combines impactful client advocacy with the chance to build, mentor, and coach a high-performing legal team in a supportive and positive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle significant personal injury cases independently and strategically from intake through resolution.

Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to attorneys and staff to build a culture of positivity, accountability, and high performance.

Utilize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness, track results, and coach team members on performance improvement.

Play a key role in employment decisions and professional development of team members.

Partner with the leadership team to establish vision, goals, and strategies to add maximum value to client matters.

Foster collaboration, efficiency, and excellence across case management and client service.

Qualifications

Licensed attorney in good standing with significant experience in personal injury law.

Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate legal professionals.

Strong litigation and case management skills with a track record of success in handling complex cases.

Highly positive, productive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance leadership responsibilities and individual caseload.
