Job Title : Registered Nurse Mother Baby

Location : Denton TX

Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : Nights 12-Hour (7 : 00 PM 7 : 00 AM weekends and holidays as needed)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mother Baby Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Denton TX. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate high-quality care to mothers and newborns in a postnatal setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to postpartum mothers and newborns.

Monitor vital signs assess recovery and educate patients on newborn care and postpartum health.

Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective patient care.

Administer medications manage IVs and maintain accurate patient records.

Support breastfeeding and provide lactation guidance as needed.

Be willing to float to similar units within the facility when required.

Qualifications

Active RN license (Texas or compact state).

Minimum of 2 years of recent Mother / Baby or Postpartum experience required.

Certifications : BLS (AHA)

NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

Strong communication and patient education skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced family-centered environment.

Schedule Details

Shift : 7 : 00 PM 7 : 00 AM 12-hour night shifts.

Duration : 13 weeks.

Weekends and holidays : As scheduled by department needs.

Floating : Required to similar units as needed.
