Trading Support Analyst Fixed Income Desk

Location : Midtown Manhattan NYC (Hybrid at least 3 days onsite / week)

Our client a leading international bank is seeking an Application Support Analyst.

The team is responsible for supporting globally the ION and other platforms. The key focus is to provide BAU production support issues / user inquiries and align processes and procedures with the global support teams : to ensure current service agreements are met and requirements are successfully implemented also to establish a high level of quality for the production systems supporting the FI businesses.

This role is a front office analyst for the New York team.

Role and responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day support for ION trading systems ensuring platform stability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues affecting trading operations.
• Work closely with various teams to support seamless integration across systems.
• Monitor application state and input / output data correctness throughout the day hand-over with follow-the-sun support teams
• Ensure that all application support logs are fit for purpose
