The Role This position is the heartbeat of our daily operations. You will manage financial records and keep the office running smoothly. We are looking for someone who takes pride in accuracy and isn't afraid to step in and support the team during our busy season.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management: Handle full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks, including accounts payable/receivable and bank/credit card reconciliations.
Office Operations: Support payroll processing and manage general administrative duties.
Team Support: assist with various ad-hoc tasks to keep the business moving forward.
Who You Are Skill set is important, but personality fit is everything. We are a close-knit group looking for a true team player.
Experienced: You have 35 years of bookkeeping experience in a small office setting.
QuickBooks Expert: You possess strong proficiency in QuickBooks.
Adaptable: You maintain a positive attitude and sharp attention to detail, even during fast-paced peak periods.
Reliable: You have a strong work ethic and are willing to take on new responsibilities as needed.
Schedule & Environment
Location: 100% in-office. Our workspace is bright, sunny, and smoke-free.
Hours: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM (we can offer flexibility of up to 30 minutes on start/end times).
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year
