Job Description :

This contingent resource assignment covers jobs that drive oversight, governance, and management of critical data to support business needs, initiatives, and strategies. You will consult with data product, data integrity, technology, and business partners to set standards, policies, and practices for data flow, data framework, data access, documentation, quality, and remediation.

In this role, you will :

  • Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Data Management.
  • Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
  • Provide expertise to Wells Fargo senior leadership on innovative Data Management business solutions.
  • Strategically engage with Wells Fargo personnel.

Required Qualifications :

  • 7+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work, training, military experience, or education.
  • 10+ years of Finance / Banking experience.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Proficiency with Oracle, SQL Server, and other databases.
  • Data analysis and reporting expertise.
  • Data modeling and engineering experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

    • Desired Qualifications :

  • Product domain expertise : Loans, Traded Products, Deposits, GL.
  • Automation and Reporting tools : Alteryx, Power BI / Tableau.
  • Knowledge of modern data stack technologies : GCP, Azure, PySpark, Python, S3 Storage, Hive / Hadoop, Parquet, Iceberg, etc.
