Job descriptionJob Title Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Summary Seeking a reliable and credentialed LPN for a travel assignment in Rio Rancho Center. The ideal candidate will be proficient with PCC, MAR, and TAR. A strong work ethic with no history of NCNS or frequent call-outs is essential. This position involves working in skilled nursing on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and will also work in LTC. The LPN will work alongside a Med Tech and another Nurse during the day shift. Excellent communication skills and POC knowledge are crucial. Key Responsibilities Providing direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Accurately documenting patient care in PCC, MAR, and TAR. Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. Communicating effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. Working in both skilled nursing and LTC settings. Required Qualifications Valid LPN license in the state of New Mexico. Proficiency with PCC, MAR, and TAR. No history of NCNS (No Call No Show). No history of frequent call-outs. Ability to work in both skilled nursing and LTC settings. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a skilled nursing or LTC facility. Experience with Point of Care (POC) documentation.
