About the Position :

FNP or PA needed in an Outpatient Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Schuylkill Haven, PA

Must be comfortable seeing pediatric patients

Clinic hours : Monday Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM (one evening per week until 7 : 00 8 : 00 PM)

40-hour work week (35 hours of direct patient care)

Appointment times :

New patients : 45 minutes to 1 hour

Medication checks : minutes

Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model with a collaborative, team-based environment

Full-scope family medicine treating patients of all ages

Work alongside physicians and dedicated support staff
