Ideal candidate will be :

MINUMUM EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :

4-year degree in a technical discipline plus, a minimum of 2 years direct industry experience in a similar role to include new product introduction or integration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands :

Must be able to sit and / or stand for long periods of time, able to handle stressful situations and multi-tasking, able to work under time constraints, and will at times be required to work with some chemicals and bonding agents. Ability to lift and manipulate 25-pound objects, sometimes overhead. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
