A company is looking for a Director of Talent Operations & Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the People Analytics Team to define talent data requirements and insights
Oversee operational management of the Talent team, including budget and resource prioritization
Lead a high-performing team focused on optimizing talent processes and technology
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in the talent domain, with expertise in Talent Acquisition Operations
5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing high-performing teams
Strong analytical skills to translate data into strategic insights
Proven stakeholder management skills with senior leaders and cross-functional partners
Expertise in talent technology systems and a strong understanding of AI and automation
