Job descriptionKey Responsibilities : Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate across teams. Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery. Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among team members. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication at all stages. Facilitate meetings and presentations to align project objectives with business goals. Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in project management. Evaluate project performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management or a related role. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships.
