Peter Wittwer Global Logistics, a trusted name in international freight forwarding and supply chain solutions for over 50 years, is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee our North Charleston branch. With a strong foundation in either import or export operations, this is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of freight forwarding and is ready to manage both key client accounts and branch operations.

What You'll Do :

• Oversee all daily operations of the Charleston branch, ensuring smooth handling of international shipments and high-level client service.
• Lead and support a team of logistics professionals, setting the tone for excellence, accountability, and growth.
• Manage client relationships with professionalism and responsiveness, acting as the go-to for account needs.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and company processes.
• Track KPIs, drive operational improvements, and collaborate with senior leadership to align the branch with broader company goals.
• Represent the Peter Wittwer brand with pride in the Charleston logistics community.
