Job Title : Warehouse Manager

Location : Coppell, TX

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Salary Range : $47,000 – $65,000 annually, depending on experience (DOE)

Position Overview :

Datamax is seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations at our Coppell facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of warehouse management experience , strong leadership skills, and a commitment to operational excellence. This role is critical to ensuring efficient inventory control, timely order fulfillment, and a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
  • Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, purchasing, service) to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
  • Monitor and improve warehouse workflows and productivity.
  • Operate and maintain warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
  • Prepare reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3 years of warehouse management experience .
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
