We are currently seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team in Kingwood, TX, and help us continue providing exceptional care to our growing patient community.
Position Overview :
The Primary Care Physician will provide comprehensive outpatient medical care to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and skilled provider who values preventive care, chronic disease management, and fostering long-term patient relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions in a primary care setting.
- Conduct routine wellness exams, preventive screenings, and vaccinations.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and educate patients on maintaining optimal health.
- Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR).
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best clinical practices.
