Schedule : 8am to 4pm

Compensation : $38.00 – $63.00 / hour (Salaried / Exempt)

Sign-On Bonus : $10,000 t

Relocation Bonus : Available (TBD at offer)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our Long Term Care team. This position is responsible for overseeing all nursing operations in a skilled nursing environment, ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and a positive, resident-centered culture.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a passion for elder care, a strong understanding of state and federal nursing regulations, and proven success in staff management and quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all nursing operations within the facility.
• Develop and manage department budgets, staffing, and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Participate in surveys, audits, and quality assurance programs (QA / CQI).
• Oversee EMR management, documentation, and reporting.
• Support resident care planning, assessments, and family communication.
• Foster a collaborative, compassionate, and high-performing nursing team.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN required).

License : Current RN license (state of practice).

Certifications : CPR / BLS required.

Experience : Supervisory experience preferred; LTC experience highly desirable.

Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and clinical management abilities.
