Position : Quality Assurance Supervisor

Location : Near Cranberry Township,PA

Direct Marketing Solutions (DMS) is growing fast - and we're looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead our manufacturing and print production quality team .

As a Quality Assurance Supervisor , you will :

Supervise and mentor a team of Quality Assurance Specialists and Quality Technicians in a manufacturing and print production environment

Oversee daily quality inspections to ensure all work meets company, client, and ISO-compliant standards

Manage production workflows , coordinate schedules and staffing , and ensure on-time, high-quality output

Conduct training, coaching, and performance reviews to build strong, skilled teams

Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity

Track and analyze quality metrics , conduct root cause analyses , and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Production, Operations, and Client Services to ensure quality goals are met

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, printing, or production supervision

Proven success leading teams in a fast-paced production or printing facility

Strong knowledge of quality control procedures , inspection methods , and process documentation

Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills

Ability to problem-solve under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office and QA tracking systems
