Job Summary :

Responsible for implementing and / or managing complex systems and solutions via integration of hardware and software technologies. Planning and delivery of IT support services including installation, troubleshooting, user assistance, and training. Interface with co-workers, customers and suppliers to deliver optimum IT services and support.

Knowledge | Experience | Skills :

• Four-year degree in IT-related field required
• Two years’ minimum experience in IT support role
• Demonstrate proficient knowledge of IT support practices
• Promote a culture that is conducive to effective relationships among diverse team members, including Technimark customers and suppliers
• Ensure safe practices are exhibited in decisions
• Ability to lead and / or participate on project teams that may include co-workers, customers and / or suppliers
• Communicate information, ideas and instructions clearly both verbally and in writing
• Incorporate new facts and ideas into processes and apply creative thinking to develop new solutions
• Work with minimal supervision on difficult assignments, conferring with Corporate IT management on unusual matters.
