Our client, a reputable non-profit organization dedicated to community housing, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an essential part of the maintenance department supporting the management of residential complexes. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Maintenance Technician

Location : Caldwell, ID

Pay Rate : $21 hourly

What's the Job?

• Perform general repairs in individual apartments and across the complex, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, painting, and groundskeeping.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on buildings to ensure safety and functionality.
• Complete apartment turns efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Keep work areas clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency.
• Maintain an inventory of supplies and tools, and perform seasonal tasks such as mowing and snow / ice removal.
