As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will monitor and patrol designated tech and media locations, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, responding to alarms, and assisting with access control and badge procedures. You will interact with staff and visitors, providing excellent customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the technology and media location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe for irregularities, report incidents or suspicious behavior, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal management and / or site leadership.

Assist visitors and employees with inquiries, directions, and general information to support a welcoming environment.

Follow post orders and specific instructions provided by Allied Universal and site leadership, adapting to changing conditions as needed.

Minimum Requirements :

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Experience with access control systems and / or badge systems is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
