Job descriptionIntroducing new employees to offered benefits Administer new employee training Maintain and update employee contact information, ensuring accuracy, and updating company-issued phones Compensation and Benefits Stay up to date with retirement plan law changes Participate in compensation committee - review reasonable pay rates Employee Relations and Performance Management Manage performance review process Provide guidance and resolution for personnel related issues with operations and legal departments Conduct background checks specific to new hires or project requirements Coordinate random Union drug screens as required Annual Compliance Reporting and Records Maintain WI Driver reporting system Coordinate CDL testing and file management Keep CDL list up to date and annually review non-CDL driver records Compile and submit USDOT annual reporting Report EEO information to state and federal agencies as required Manage employee files in Viewpoint Vista including safety training documents and refreshers Other duties as assigned Excellent time management and organizational skills People-oriented and results driven Confidentiality Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software Bachelor's degree in HR or related field 5 years of experience in HR or related field Construction related knowledge preferred

The Human Resource Specialist role is responsible for performing day-to-day human resource related tasks such as onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations and compliance reporting and record keeping. This role may also include the same for 3rd party companies.

Duties / Responsibilities :
- Onboarding of New Employees
Conduct new employee orientation
Maintain employee coverage changes
Serve as point of contact for employees' inquiries related to HR policies, benefits and procedures.
Submit annual government reporting and annual limit changes
